DeliveryCan I get my order delivered?Yes. Delivery is only available within Australia.Who delivers my order?Eat Me Allergy Free Food delivers products to your door via a third party courier. Delivery may be subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Eat Me Allergy Free Food is not responsible for errors in delivery, where the delivery information provided at the time of order is incorrect. How much will delivery cost?A standard delivery fee of $15 applies for delivery within the Brisbane Metropolitan area, Logan, Caboolture, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. This cost is subject to change. For delivery to other destinations within Australia, please call 1300 4 EAT ME or email info@eatmefood.com.au. There is no minimum quantity for delivery. Maximum is subject to courier’s terms and conditions. When will my order arrive?Delivery is usually 2 working days from when orders are placed. Orders received after 6.00pm will be delivered 2 working days from the next day. All efforts will be made by Eat Me Allergy Free Food to deliver orders on time, however, from time to time, unforseen events may delay delivery. If your delivery is going to be delayed for any reason, you will be notified by email and/or telephone, and a new delivery time will be arranged. How will my order arrive?Orders will be delivered to the premises you nominate when placing your order. You do not need to be home to receive the order. It will be left in a location as per the instructions you provide at the time of ordering. We recommend a shaded undercover area to ensure goods are received in optimum condition. Products are delivered in an insulated box containing dry ice (solid carbon dioxide). Caution should be used when unpacking box to avoid skin contact with dry ice. Conditions of deliveryProducts contain frozen perishable goods. All orders will require refrigeration below -18⁰C upon delivery. Please note that this is your responsibility to arrange. The customer will bear all risk in respect of the products once they have been delivered as per your instructions. Eat Me Allergy Free Food Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise). RefundsWhat happens if I’m not happy?If you don’t love our meals on your first order, we will refund your order. Your feedback is important to our future product development, so please call 1300 4 EAT ME or email info@eatmefood.com.auto tell us why you are unhappy with the product and to arrange a refund. Can I return a meal?No. We adhere to strict food safety standards, therefore we are unable to replace a meal that you ordered by mistake. If we packed an incorrect meal, we will credit the missing meal. PaymentCan I order and pay online?Yes. You can order and pay for your meals online by clicking on “buy now” and following the simple instructions. You can pay with credit card (Mastercard or Visa) via our secure payment page which is supported by Westpac Banking Corporation. Can I order and pay over the phone?Yes. Orders will be accepted via 1300 EAT ME. The same terms and conditions will apply, as outlined on this page. Credit card payment (Mastercard and Visa) will be accepted over the phone, or you can pay by direct deposit to our account, or by cheque. Please call 1300 4 EAT ME to arange.
